How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open Google Play → Subscriptions on your phone, tap Picksmith, and choose Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
I was charged after I thought I cancelled.
Billing is handled entirely by Google Play. Start a refund from Google Play → Order history, or email support@picksmith.app and we will help you sort it out with Google.
Is the tuner listening to me in the background?
No. The microphone is accessed only while the Tuner screen is open and audio is processed on-device in real time. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. Close the Tuner to fully release the mic.
Why is my practice data not syncing between devices?
Sync only runs when you are signed in on both devices with the same account. Open Settings → Account and confirm the signed-in email matches.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. All cloud data is removed within 30 days. If you can't sign in, email privacy@picksmith.app and we will delete it for you.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet. Picksmith is Android-only at the moment. Follow updates at picksmith.app.
